Why you Run....

There are many reasons why a person would run.....to lose weight, for fun, to relieve stress, to get out of the house, to be outside, because they just love it, and on and on. I started running to clear my head and relieve stress, seven years ago. My parents had just gotten divorced, after 20 years of marriage, and I was heartbroken. So, when I got overwhelmed I would run. Sometimes I would run for over an hour. I would run until I felt okay again. Many times, I would run late at night (which isn't safe). I didn't have a course or a plan. My goal was to breathe, clear my head, and find happiness. And I found it....on the road.

Now I run because I love it! It has become my favorite hobby and a passion. I love to push myself and see what my body can take. I love to let my stress out on the pavement. The longer I run the better I feel (well, to an extent).
